Lee Atkins is a driver who has rapidly gained a name for himself since securing financial backing in 2003.  Unlike many British motorsport champions Lee has not had the luxury of unlimited funding and has learned to maximise the value of all the sponsorship he has secured.

Lee mastered the art of car control at a young age in Cadet Karts, an essential training ground for anyone with serious racing ambitions.  By the age of 14 he had notched up an impressive record of karting wins despite having very limited funding.
